The artwork is with friends and they tried to make them beside their normal work to keep cost down but I haven't heard anything back from them for a while (so asked them again today).
I'll also contact another company who made the STbook boxes for me and get a quote.

So it's still happening at some point.

Ok guys, I have the final figures from the printers and would like to refresh my list of the names interested to get the volume right.
Please let me know if I'm right or not, and confirm where there is a question mark next to your name:

Reminder: No poly inserts with these, cardboard box only!
Please note, there will not be another run!

Price would be £20 ex. shipping. I'd need to buy bigger boxes to ship these in, estimated postage + packaging cost within the UK is £12.
PS: Please do not expect this to be with you within 3-5 days, I'm doing this beside my work and family.

We'll get in touch via PM after you confirmed your need, and I received the boxes from Hungary.

Name/Quantity

- Alexh / 2
- ICS - 1
- Crashman / 1
- Silly Pony / 1?
- Atari74User / 1
- Spiny / 1
- SoundDoctor / 1?
- Klund1 / 1?
- jvas / 1

- from other forum / 1
- myself /2

Total: 13

As it stands 15pcs (maybe 20) will be produced.

That's right for me. How are you going to ship them? Flat? Assembled? Where are you based? Maybe I could collect? I'd be a bit upset if after all your hard work the post man ruined them

London, SE25 4HR.
I calculated UK postage and packaging on purchasing bigger boxes to protect them.

How much for shipping in the US zip code 46234? Thanks! I'm guessing adding one two or three more may not add much if any shipping cost. Maybe DHL?

This is a tricky one because while in the UK it's worth getting the larger box and fully assemble them, to the US maybe better sending them flat packed. Or flat packed and boxed. I'm not quite sure but a 85x65x10 cm parcel would cost around £50. I can confirm everything when I have the boxes.

Everybody can book his/her own pickup, I'm flexible. I don't want to earn or lose on postage.

Wrong side of london for me. I'm in Oxford so it would be a fair drive through the centre. However I could probably get there and back for £24 of fuel. Let me know just before they are ready and I'll come and collect if that is ok.

I made few corrections and also decided to scrap the QR code and go with the original barcode.

Triple check it over the weekend and send it to print on Monday.

That's around 28.5 USD today for the box only, shipping excluded. Unfortunately it's not really cost effective to send this overseas.
Paypal would do the conversion anyway, you have to send the final figures in GBP.

See posts above about an estimation to US. It's the individuals' call to decide what's not too bad.

Update: Boxes are ready and will be picked up at some point next week. They still need to find their way to the UK after that.

Great stuff. I'm hoping I can acquire some ST polystyrene inserts which work with the falcon and repro box

There is a slight delay in the shipping (to UK) because some of the boxes came out with few problems. Little tear here and there but I need to check with the printers. I want them to reprint those.

Shipment arrived to UK BUT!!!

I found 3 problems with the boxes, which you should know about, please see photos.
I understand if you withdraw your interest but I will not make another run with the corrected artwork.

Therefore price is down to £15/each ex shipping if you still want one.

1. One of the Atari logos is upside down on top flap.

DSC05995_marked.jpg

2. the black area should run 1 cm over the bend here.
DSC05998_marked.jpg

3. Slightly (about 3-5mm) deeper than original.

Well, I'm planning to move house at some point, so no need for extra boxes.

Other than that it looks like this (next to the original).
